PJ Harvey Wins The Mercury

We are not ones to say "We told you so".... but we kind of did. The office of d&d are ecstatic at the Ms Harveys win.

She is a Mercury prize double winner.  Harvey picked up the award 10 years ago on September 11th 2001, a significant date. 
There is ofcourse heavy doubt in the reasonings for her win. With the 10 year Anniversary of  9/11 looming closer and the anti war message behind the album. 
Why cant it just be a genuine win for a talented arstist who has been part of the music industry for 20 years.
Let England Shake’,  is  an album that makes waves and its songs rest in our consciousness.
Simply said, its F@$king good music.
